Awesome Kramer JK1000  First Edition 

This is a vintage 1986 Kramer made from Maple wood. The JK-1000 is an artist model guitar. In regards to quality of wood, workmanship, playability, aesthetics, performance and comfort this guitar surpasses any and all top of the line 1986 Kramers. It is true to the neck profiles and specifications for the artist it represents. It contained all the information absorbed by Kramer Neptune NJ during the height of the endorsement era that made the guitar company famous.

This JK was made in Japan by ESP. It even has its factory installed "Brown Sound" pickup made by ESP and branded as a Kramer pickup. This guitar has the infamous K1 markings in the neck pocket and on the neck heel..! Very few and only the first JK-1000s had these appointments. Its an authentic collectors item 1986 Kramer guitar.

This guitar is very-near-to-mint with only one paint chip at the neck pocket. These early ones had all quarter-sawn wood with a maple body and a one piece maple neck! This one has the wider fretboard at the neck heel and the wider R4 Nut ( 1-11/16" ) which is virtually never seen. This EVH Model came with a complete 1986 Factory Floyd Rose System and the Original Floyd System is still intact. The guitars color has turned to a beautiful creme white which is accurate in the photos.
